Policy Duration

      • Our policy is valid for 30 days post-purchase. Returns or refunds are not available after this period.

Return Eligibility

      • Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
      • Exclusions: perishable goods, intimate/sanitary items, hazardous materials, flammable products, gift cards, downloadable software, and certain health/personal care items.

Return Process

      • Provide receipt or proof of purchase.
      • Do not return items to the manufacturer.
      • Send returns to our address.

Partial Refunds

      • Possible in cases like used books or opened multimedia products.
      • Items damaged or missing parts not due to our error, or items returned post 30 days are also eligible for partial refunds.

Refunds

      • Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll email you about the refund status.
      • Approved refunds processed to your original payment method.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

      • Check your bank account, then contact your bank or credit card company.

Sale Items

      • Only regular-priced items are refundable. Sale items are excluded.

Exchanges

      • We replace defective or damaged items within 30 days.
      • Email us and return the item in its original packaging.

Gifts

      • Directly shipped gifts receive a gift credit upon return.
      • For non-direct gifts, the refund goes to the gift giver.

Shipping for Returns

      • You cover the shipping costs, non-refundable from the refund.
      • Consider trackable shipping or insurance for expensive items.
